Andrea Elson

Andrea Hope Elson has been an American actor for many years. Elson started her career as an actor when she was a child, and later as a model. Her most well-known role is as Alice Tyler in the CBS Science-fiction series. Andrea auditioned and won the part as Lynn Tanner on the hit series ALF (1986). The actress continued to appear throughout her career on successful TV shows and Movies of the Week before leaving the entertainment business to focus on raising her children. Andrea Elson was playing Lynn Tanner as the teenage daughter Kate and Willie - at a time in which she went through a turbulent period. People magazine released a retrospective of Elson's career in 2000. Elson commented that growing up with a spotlight wasn't simple. The green-eyed New York City native grew in her travels due to the job in advertising that her father had. Before she was ten years old she had lived in New York Chicago San Diego and Los Angeles. Andrea was able to win her first audition in San Diego after she got an agent. Fusco justified the statement by saying "ALF has a lifespan of 285 years which means he's an adult who is able to drink alcohol." As ALF gained more popularity with youngsters, NBC informed Fusco it was not appropriate to have him drinking while the children are watching it's a bad image to model. Fusco maintained that he believed ALF was an adult and that he was able to handle drinking. In 1995, Fusco was discovered to be suffering from the lymphoma. It was removed successfully, and he was in complete Remission throughout the course years of his life. In June of 2019, aged 75, he passed away from his illness in the Lillian Booth Actors Home located in Englewood New Jersey.
